Metering process

A controlled path from container to application.

01

Material feed

Both components are supplied directly from their original containers by pneumatically driven piston pumps.

02

Precision metering

Servo-driven gear pumps meter continuously at a controlled volumetric flow with virtually no pulsation.

03

Monitored application

The components are combined at the 2K material valve and mixed in a static mixer. Optional sensors monitor the process.
